This five-storey, 30,000 square foot building reflects the surrounding Port of Spain landscape via reflective glass panels that flank its distinctive terraces. The glass is more than mere aesthetics, serving a functional purpose as well by reflecting and radiating heat. Constructed in a mere eight months, the building ranks as a “Grade A” medium-scale commercial project that boasts a high-tech, energy efficient design.
