Isthmus Court

Serving as the Galeota base of energy giant bp LLC, this sprawling 95,000, three-storey building is located within bp’s Galeota compound. The design takes advantage of breathtaking sea views, pivoting around a central atrium which runs the entire length of the space. What makes the site beautiful, however, also presented its greatest challenge – creating a building that would stand the test of time in an exposed, hostile environment. Minimalist in nature, the building perfectly suits the ruggedly beautiful landscape that surrounds it.
