Queens Park Plaza

RGM’s flagship building was reconstructed around one of Trinidad and Tobago’s most loved pieces of architectural heritage – the Queen’s Park Hotel. Positioned on prime real estate overlooking the scenic Queen’s Park Savannah (the cultural capital of Port of Spain and the center for Carnival celebrations), the project was under heavy scrutiny from a public that recognized the value of preserving the old building’s majestic Art-Deco façade. The commercial space boasts six storeys with 90,000 square feet of space, not including basement parking. While the Plaza’s design is a tribute to the building’s past, it is also a testament to the future – with state-of-the-art communications technology, a gym for staff (bp LLC is the anchor tenant) and restaurant facilities.
